Rory Cochrane (born February 28, 1972 in Syracuse, New York) is an American actor. He is best known as playing Ron Slater in Dazed and Confused, and Tim Speedle in CSI: Miami. It was recently announced that three years after his character was killed off, Cochrane will return to CSI:Miami as Speedle this fall. He will play Speedle at least one more time, as he appears as a ghost to a hallucinating Delko.
