Timothy Robert DeKay (born June 12, 1963 in central New York) is an American character actor. DeKay attended Le Moyne College, graduating with a BS in Business Administration. He later attended Rutgers University, where he received a MFA and met his wife, actress Elisa Taylor.

His filmography includes movies like The Crow: Salvation or Swordfish, and TV series such as Seinfeld and seaQuest 2032.
