Michael Cafee is an Irish-American mobster on the television drama series Brotherhood. The series dawns as Michael, having spent seven years as a fugitive, returns to his old neighborhood in Providence, Rhode Island. His brother Tommy Cafee, a State representative, has risen to become the neighborhood's political boss. In addition, the rackets Michael once ruled over have been taken over by mob boss Freddie Cork.
