It is revealed that Don Konkey is having trouble coming to terms with the illusions, which persist in urging him to kill Lucy and he wanders off into the desert. Lucy sends a helicopter out to get him and he agrees to get a monthly dose of meds and sign his power of attorney to Lucy.Throughout the show there are brief lesbian references between Tina (played by Jennifer Aniston) and Lucy. Eventually, within the final scenes, Julia finds out (from Tina) the details on Holt and Lucy's relationship with each other. When Tina asks Julia if she would like something to drink, Tina says "Water, Soda, No Wine Though!". Some may conclude that Julia could be pregnant based on that comment. Or she may just be refraining from drinking due to her recent release from rehab. Neither reason was confirmed. It is also eventually revealed that Lucy's brother Leo is the stalker. The team Lucy hired to watch over her estate, finds pictures of Lucy (which were fan-based told as "stalker photos") in his computer. Although Leo tells Lucy that it was meant to basically teach her a lesson, it is shown that she puts his personal items on the driveway. In the closing scenes, Julia secretly gets into Lucy's house (without viewer's knowledge first) and then stabs Lucy with a knife during a slow motion struggle but then is stabbed herself. After which, Lucy walks outside (Julia is presumed dead by viewers), calls Don and tells him to get the shots before calling 911. The scene ends with Lucy presumably dying with Don holding her as sirens begin to near. Thus leaving Don, in a delicate state of mental health, found at the crime scene (and strongly implying that he might get blamed for the incident). (wikipedia.org)
