The Doctor and Donna take a holiday on the planet Midnight. The Doctor leaves Donna by the pool for the day and takes a four hour tour to the Sapphire waterfall. The shuttle bus breaks down on the way and while the passengers wait to be rescued, the shuttle is penetrated by a dangerous unknown lifeform able to take possession of other living beings.
