Competition between the interns ensues after an annual unauthorized bike race causes many injuries. Izzie has trouble finding the family of an almost braindead man. Cristina becomes excited when the patient's family agrees to harvest his organs if he dies. This causes Dr. Bailey to lecture Cristina on bedside manner when she becomes out of control.
